LanguageManager for Optimizely CMS 13 is finally here

Optimizely CMS 13 was released a few months ago, with general availability announced on March 31, 2026. Until now, however, the LanguageManager add-on has not been available for CMS 13 projects.

That changes now.

LanguageManager is now available for Optimizely CMS 13, making it easier to translate and copy content across language branches in the latest version of the CMS.

This release also includes a small improvement: a new RecursiveDepth setting. Previously, recursive translation could follow linked content indefinitely, which could be risky on large sites with many connected pages and blocks. Now you can control how deep LanguageManager goes: only the selected content by default, directly linked content, or one additional level.

In short: LanguageManager is back for CMS 13, and recursive translation is now safer and easier to control.
